Sherwin Kozlik, 75, of Lyons and formerly of North Riverside, died June 24, 2022.
Mr. Kozlik was a retired driver for gasoline transportation companies.
He was the son of the late Adam and late Catherine; the father of Aimee Alsteen, Kelly and Adam Kozlik; the grandfather of Gavin and Jack Alsteen; and the brother of Lynda Kozlik Pluchel.
Memorials services to be announced at a later date.
