Kids and adults alike donned costumes and headed over to the Eight Corners and Grand Boulevard business districts in Brookfield on Oct. 29 for the annual Monsters on Mainstreet trick-or-treating event, which culminated with a costume contest and pumpkin/taffy apple giveaway at S.E. Gross Middle School.
