Joan M. Cambalik (nee Michaels), 86 of North Riverside, died May 4, 2023. She was a homemaker.
Ms. Cambalik was the wife of the late Robert M. Cambalik; the mother of Lynn (the late Alan) Plica and David (Barbara) Cambalik; the grandmother of Nicole (Nicholas) Conteduca, Kellie (Ruben) Villarreal, Elizabeth (Marc) Besteman, Keri (Mark) Schaefer, Robert (Katie Lukas) Cambalik; the great-grandmother of Jax Villarreal, Harper Villarreal, Frankie Conteduca, Noah Villarreal, Adriana Conteduca, Siena Conteduca Lucas Schaefer and Niko Villarreal; and the sister of Donald (Judy) Michaels and Kenneth (Sharon) Michaels.
Visitation is Tuesday, May 9 from 3 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, May 10 from 10:30 a.m. to time of service at 11a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9445 31st St., Brookfield. Interment is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park
