Margaret “Marge” Mikel (nee Pulec), 92, of LaGrange Park, died July 27, 2023. Ms. Mikel was a homemaker.
She was the wife of 57 years to the late John A. Mikel; the mother of Susan Lally, John R. (Julie) Mikel, the late Robert J. (Kathy) Mikel and the late Thomas Lally; the grandmother of Pam (Brian) Bilek, Amanda (Keith) Ryan, Crissy (Jay) Hansen, Cindy (Wes) Devries and Nicholas Nolan; the great grandmother of Logan and Peyton Bilek, William Nolan, Dylan, Delaney, Sadie and Shane Ryan, Annabelle, Lucy and Magnolia Devries, Gage and Callie Hansen; the daughter of the late Stephen Pulec and the late Anna Pulec (nee Janosik); the sister of the late Ann (the late Laddie) Vavra, the late Milan (the late Lil) Pulec and the late Elsie (the late Ed) Fields; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was celebrated July 31 at St. Louise de Marillac Church, LaGrange Park. Interment was at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
