Annette Kozik, nee Barich, 88, of Brookfield and Boca Raton, Florida, died on Nov. 3, 2023. A graduate of Farragut High School, she was a longtime member and cook at Sts. Peter & Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Riverside and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Boca Raton. She worked as a bookkeeper for Water Refinement.
Annette was the wife of the late John Kozik; the mother of Susan (Kelly) Jones, James (Denise) Kozik and the late John Kozik; the grandmother of Sean Jones, Alison Jones, William Kozik and Claire Kozik; sister of the late Jerry (the late Rosemary) Barich; and the aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Nov. 7 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st St., Brookfield. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Nov. 8 at Sts. Peter & Paul Lutheran Church, Corner of 31st Street and Des Plaines Ave., Riverside.
Private Inurnment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park.
