The Riverside Junior Woman's Charity has been supporting the community for over 75 years and on Sunday, May 5th, held their annual free Bike Rodeo. Children of all ages attended this prestigious event at the Riverside Swim Club parking lot. Children navigated a safety course, played games related to safety and watched safety demonstrations.

Riverside Police Officer in Charge Jeffrey Miller and Officer Isaac Hamilton attended the event by assisting with the education portion of the rodeo. Officer Miller said "Riverside Junior Woman's Charity has done a nice job running this event year after year. It combines fun and safety and the kids learn a lot and have a great time".

If you have children, you may want to mark your calendar now for next year's event!
