Frank Burdi, 84, worked for Nabisco

Frank Burdi, 84, of Romeoville and formerly of North Riverside and Clearwater, Fla., died Dec. 20, 2012 at The Senior Star at Weber Place in Romeoville.

Mr. Burdi was born Oct. 27, 1928 and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Following the war, he worked at Nabisco for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Burdi (nee Lollino); his children, Annette (Edmund) Gaeke, Anna (Gino) Labellarte and Michael (Lynne) Burdi; and his grandchildren, Mary Gaeke, Marie Labellarte, Michael Labellarte, Isla Burdi, Gianni Burdi and Milo Burdi. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Michael.
