Jean M. Cusack, 94, honored by sorority

Jean M. Cusack, 94, of Riverside, died Jan. 18, 2013.

Ms. Cusack was the daughter of the late Harry and Martha (nee Ward) Cusack. A longtime member of the Theta Phi Alpha sorority, Ms. Cusack was awarded the sorority's highest honor, the Guard of Honor, for her service as national first vice president, foundation secretary and membership chairwoman.

An avid gardener and enthusiastic traveler, Ms. Cusack is survived by many dear friends and loyal sisters.

Visitation will be on Friday, Jan. 25 from 2 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, June 26 from noon until the time of services at Linhart Funeral Home, 6820 W. Cermak Road in Berwyn.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. at St. Odilo Church, 23rd Street and East Avenue in Berwyn. Interment is private.
