William J. "Bill" Martin, 66, of Brookfield, died at his home on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2020.
Mr. Martin was born July 16, 1954 in Berwyn to the late Edward and late Shirley (nee Mueller) Martin. He worked as a safety coordinator for the Union Pacific Railroad.
He was the husband of Lynette (nee Kraft); the father of Ryan (Katie) Martin, Erin Martin Hogan and Neil Martin; the grandfather of Lilly Martin, Bella Gourley, Sophie Gourley, Max Gourley, Addy Martin, Vivia Martin, Brynn Hogan, Lyle Hogan and Blake Cole; the brother of Mary Martin Gross, Edward (Kathy) Martin Jr., James (Lisa) Martin, Ricky Martin, Michael Martin, Sheila Martin and Patti (Tim) Cerven; and an uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, Jan. 8 at 10 a.m. at St. Barbara Church, 4008 Prairie Ave. in Brookfield.
Johnson-Nosek Funeral Home, Brookfield, handled arrangements.
