Laurence Eisenlohr, 90, of North Riverside, died Dec. 17, 2012 at the Scottish Home in North Riverside.
Mr. Eisenlohr was born on June 2, 1922 in Philadelphia and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. After the war, he studied English and was a professor prior to retirement.
He was the husband of the late Sylvia C. Eisenlohr (nee Crane); the father of Laurence (Carol) Eisenlohr, John Eisenlohr and Mary Eisenlohr; and the grandfather of nine.
Private Cremation Services have been held.
Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, North Riverside, handled arrangements.
