Just wanted to thank you for your editorial in the Riverside-Brookfield Landmark of March 18 (“Fragility and resistance,” The Landmark View). Your comments should appear in the editorial pages of the Chicago Tribune and any other newspaper of importance.
You see our so-called president as the man he truly is. It is very difficult to see how people can support him. Also, the readers of this paper should stop being so critical of the state of Illinois and its governor.
Research would show that Illinois was the first in the nation to have testing for the coronavirus, which our national government did not provide. If any of the “Fake News” loud mouths would have listened to Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s news conference of March 18 they would have been impressed as compared to so-called leader in Washington.
