George J. Behensky, 92, of North Riverside, died March 18, 2014 in LaGrange.
Mr. Behensky was born May 8, 1921 in Chicago. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and later worked as a salesman for the Revere Camera and National Can companies.
He was the husband of Beatrice M. Behensky; the father of Mark (Connie) Behensky, William R. (Kathy) Strnad and Bruce L. Strnad; the grandfather of George and Sean Behensky and William A. II, Tiffany, Michelle and Lyndsy; the brother of the late James Behensky, the late Mae (late Rudolph) Kratofil and the late Charles (late Edith) Behensky.
Private services have been held.
Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, North Riverside, handled arrangements.
