As often as Swan Pond now floods (we've had what, five straight record-setting Mays for rainfall, each major rainfall flooding Swan Pond), money spent trying to improve it when Mother Nature isn't cooperating is not fiscally responsible decision making.
I'm disappointed that the Village of Riverside continues to waste money on Swan Pond.
