John P. “Phil” Kushenbach Jr., 63, a resident of Brookfield for 50 years, died June 7, 2015 at Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kushenbach was the son of John P. Kushenbach Sr. and the late Glenda J. Kushenbach (nee Miller); the brother of Karen Kowitz; the uncle of Spencer Kowitz and Marta Kowitz; and the nephew of Roger (Ruth) Kushenbach, Thomas (Kathy) Kushenbach and Delbert Miller.
Visitation is on Thursday, June 11 from 11 a.m. until a noon service at Hitzeman Funeral Home, 9447 31st St. in Brookfield, followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
