Janice R. Sorense (nee Jerman), 72, of Lyons, died on July 23, 2017. Born on Nov. 10, 1946 in Chicago, she worked in retail sales at The Dressbarn.
Ms. Sorensen was the wife of the late Anthony R.; the mother of Anthony, Jr. (Ali), Michael (Megan) and Liz (Eric) Maltz; the grandmother of Joshua, Logan, Brody, Emma, Brady, Addie, Blake, Jackson and Juliana; the sister of the late Barbara (John) Karuschak; and the aunt of Aniele Karuschak.
Services have been held. Interment was at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Stickney.
