James F. Galick, 64, of Oak Park and formerly of Forest Park and North Riverside, died on July 26, 2015.
He was born Feb. 14, 1951 in Chicago Heights and worked as a driver for a medical transport company.
Mr. Galick is survived by his sister, Paulette (Larry) Lane; his daughter, Angela; and his niece, Jennifer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Galick (nee Mulvey). A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary Church in Riverside on Aug. 1.
