Javier G. Jaime, 71, of North Riverside, died Aug. 28, 2020.

Mr. Jaime was born on Nov. 6, 1948 to Cruz and Juana Jaime in León Guanajuato, Mexico. He was someone who always put other people first. His heart was far too big for this world and his generosity was never ending.

He was a funny, loving, and kind person who was always working hard, because he was determined to provide for his family in order to give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world.

Mr. Jaime was unendingly proud of his daughter, Esmeralda, and always tried his best to support her and his wife, Leticia. He was also a passionate spectator of fútbol and loved music by Pedro Infante, José Luís and Vicente Fernández. He was an incredible singer. He loved to laugh and be around people.

He was husband of Leticia (nee Rayo) Jaime; the father of Esmeralda Jaime; the grandfather of Jude Timothy Jaime Tomczyk and Haley Fall Rosa Tomczyk; the brother of Nemesio Jaime Gutierrez, Luz Elba Jaime Gutierrez, Jose Antonio Gutierrez, Martha Veronica Jaime Gutierrez and Cruz Eduardo Jaime Gutierrez; and the uncle of Francisco, Patricia, Olivia, Liz, Elena, Juan, Carina, Florencia, Naylea, Max and Elisa.

Cremation is private. Memorial donations to RAICES 1305 N. Flores St., San Antonio, Texas, 78212 (raicestexas.org) would be appreciated.
