A Riverside blogger gets a shout out from Crain's Chicago Business today. Pat Dunnigan, who has been writing the Suburban Kamikaze blog from her Riverside home (well, technically, she can write it anywhere) gets a mention in an article posted on the Crain's website today about the upcoming BlogHer convention at McCormick Place, which begins Thursday.
BlogHer, which targets female bloggers in particular, will reportedly draw 5,000 people and provides bloggers the opportunity to network and share insights with their peers. Dunnigan, who describes herself as someone "whose work has appeared in respectable newspapers, magazines, books, radio and literally thousands of Post-It notes across the country," started Suburban Kamikaze back in 2007.
