George Kozak, 85, of Brookfield, died Sept. 21, 2010, at Foster G. McGaw Hospital on the campus of Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.
Born in Chicago on July 12, 1925, to George and Susan (nee Plesnik) Kozak, he worked for many years as a supervisor for a manufacturing company.
Mr. Kozak is survived by his friends, Theresa Trinco, Gloria J. Trinco, Albina Wisniewski and family, William Lucas and Marilyn Lucas. He was preceded in death by his friend, Rose Lucas.
A funeral service was held Sept. 27 at Hitzeman Funeral Home in Brookfield, followed by interment at Bohemian National Cemetery in Chicago.
