Emily Felix, 89, Govt. secretary, U.S.O. member

Emily Anne Felix, 89, of North Riverside, died on Nov. 27, 2011 at LaGrange Memorial Hospital. Born on March 17, 1922 in Powell, Wyo., she was a secretary for the government and a member of the U.S.O. of Illinois.

Mrs. Felix is survived by her son, Russell R. Felix. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin O. Felix, and her parents, Charles and Mary Susterka.

Visitation will take place on Dec. 1 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Christ Church, 31^st Street and York Road in Oak Brook, with service immediately after, followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, 7600 W. Cermak Road in Forest Park.
