The Lions, one of the top teams in the state, battled to an 8-0 win over rival Hinsdale Central last week. Goalie Ricky Razo earned his first shutout of the season with 11 saves, while Scott Doten led the offense with three goals and an assist. John Evans contributed two goals along with a goal each from Will Konstant, Luke Gallagher and Jake Arlowe.
