Carol L. Walczak, 66, of North Riverside, died Sept. 2, 2012 in her home.
Ms. Walczak was a former employee of Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park and a former longtime employee of the North Riverside Recreation Department.
She was the wife of Roger Walczak. She is also survived by a son, a daughter, two grandchildren, a brother and a sister.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Sept. 10 at St. Mary Church in Riverside, followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
