The Riverside Garden Club is offering two scholarships to high school seniors.
If you are a Riverside resident and a high school senior who plans to attend a four year university to major in horticulture, environmental studies, botany, forestry or other related field of science, we encourage you to submit an application for the Riverside Garden Club’s 2013-2014 Scholarship. This year the club will award two $500.00 scholarships.
Please note that the application deadline is March 15, 2013. You may download a copy of the scholarship application directly from our website at www.riversidegardenclub.org or pick one up from your local high school counselor. For students who are home schooled or attending private out-of-area schools, download an application from the club’s website and send the completed form and accompanying documents to Mrs. Joyce Van Cura, 181 Scottswood Road, Riverside, IL 60546.
