The Riverside branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) awarded Ann Willard Art and Citizenship grants to Candace Shelbrack and Christine Vassos, both of North Riverside, in May.
Each received a check for $750. Shelbrack will be attending the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she will study engineering, photography or design. Vassos will be attending Concordia University to study elementary education.
