Nazareth Academy is partnering with St. Louise de Marillac, the YMCA La Grange, and Tischler Finer Foods in Brookfield to bring relief to families suffering the devastating effects of the tornadoes that hit Illinois this past Sunday. Many of those families are being housed at the middle school in the Washington area and they are in need of water and non-perishable food items (food items that do not require warming to eat). They are also in need of goods such as toilet paper, paper towels and plastic baggies.
All of the above locations will serve as community drop-off points for donations now through Monday morning, November 25. All items will then be collected and delivered to Washington, IL by St. Louise Principal, Kelly Zawisza that same day.
