Martha H. Adamczyk (nee Struzycki), 94, of Orlando, Fla., and formerly of Riverside, died Jan. 24, 2014 in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
Ms. Adamczyk was born in Chicago on May 23, 1919. She worked as a secretary for an insurance company prior to retiring.
She was the mother of Richard (Donnette) Adamczyk and the grandmother of Shayne and Paige.
Services have been held. Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery.
