Cook County Assessor, Joseph Berrios has mailed out the 2014 Triennial Reassessment notices for all Township of Lyons properties beginning May 07, 2014.
Lyons Township Assessor, Barbara M. Weyrick has announced that her office is now assisting property owners with information and assistance in
Filing their 2014 appeal.
The final date for filing an appeal through her office is June 6th. Office hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
EXTENDED HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Saturday, May 10th 8:30 am until 12:30pm
Thursday, May 15th 8:30 am until 7:00pm
Saturday, May 17th 8:30 am until 12:30 pm
Thursday, May 29th 8:30am until 7:00pm
Assistance is also available at the satellite Cook County Assessor’s Office located at the Bridgeview Courthouse 10200 S. 76th Ave., Rm. 237, Bridgeview, IL 60455. You may also file your appeal on line with the Cook County Assessor’s Office at www.cookcountyassessor.com
