Angela Episcopo (nee Sciacca), 88 of Brookfield and formerly of Italy, died Nov. 27, 2014.
She was born in Italy on April 1, 1926 and later worked as a housekeeper in a hospital.
Ms. Episcopo was the wife of the late Antonino Episcopo;
the mother of Nick (Anna) Episcopo, Maria (Adelfo) Soto, Salvatore Episcopo and Joe (Rebecca) Episcopo; the grandmother of 11; the great-grandmother of 15; and the sister of Marianna Rosa, Giuseppe Sciacca and the late Antonino Sciacca.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Dec. 1 at St. Louise de Marillac Church in LaGrange Park, followed by entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
