The North Riverside Recreation Department hosts an outdoor concert and car show on Thursday, Aug. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Village Commons, 2401 Desplaines Ave.
British Invasion rockers The New Invaders will provide the tunes for the evening, while visitors can also enjoy viewing the classic vehicles that will be on display. Admission is free.
