Lois Verdon (nee Souhrada), 80, formerly of Brookfield and Apple Canyon Lake, died on Feb. 3, 2016.
Born on Sept. 27, 1935, she was an owner of Dav N Lo’s Chicken on Ogden Avenue in Brookfield.
Ms. Verdon is survived by her children, Cherlyn (Stephen) Dubina, LeAnne (John) Killeen, Heidi (Gregory) Hickey, and Christopher (Karen) Verdon; her grandchildren, Brian (Michael) Dubina, Nicole Dubina, Jennifer (Dan) Aguilar, Aaron Killeen, Shannon Baier, Sean (Susie) Killeen, Lauren (Scott) Boutos, Rachel (Mike) Currier, Abigail Verdon, Emma Verdon, Melissa Hickey, Zachary Verdon, Kayla Verdon and Joshua Verdon; her great-grandchildren, Hunter Baier, Austin Baier, and Lucas Aguilar; and her many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David P. Verdon; her son, Marc D. (the late Laura) Verdon; and her brother, LeRoy Souhrada.
Services have been held. Interment was at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
