Kenneth James Krska, 62 of Downers Grove and formerly of North Riverside, died June 22, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.
Mr. Krska was born June 17, 1957 in Chicago and had retired after serving as a police officer in North Riverside.
He was the husband of Janet (nee Moysey); the father of Becki Krska, Sarah (Cliff) Longeway and Joshua Krska; the grandfather of Hope, Danielle, Lily, Joey, Logan, Bonnie, Keira, Charlotte and Ophelia. He is also survived by his canine companion Daisy.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 29, from 2 p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 7 p.m. at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. Desplaines Ave., North Riverside. Cremation is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Anti-Cruelty Society 157 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, 60654 are appreciated.
