Susan Kathleen McElwain Choutka, 79, of Zionsville, Indiana, and formerly of Riverside, died Sept. 29, 2021.
Ms. Choutka was born July 11, 1942 in Cincinnati. She was a longtime member of the Riverside Presbyterian Church and an active member of the community.
She was the daughter of the late Robert Elwyn McElwain and late Elizabeth Delphine (nee Lucy) McElwain, the mother of Claudine (Joshua) Eskonen and Lisa (Mat) Lageman and the grandmother of Audrey Choutka Eskonen and Piper Lauren Lageman.
A Celebration of Life gathering will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, with a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan-Zionsville, 105 W. Pine Street, Zionsville, Indiana.
