Ann J. Westin, 84, of Brookfield, formerly of Plainfield, died on April 8, 2024 in Downers Grove. Born on Aug. 19, 1939 in Chicago, she worked in the billing department for a Teamsters Union Trucking Company.
Ann was the mother of Ernest (Carey) Newmann, Cheryl (Marty) Kocheny, Edward (Denise) Kowalewicz, Robert (Santa) Kowalewicz, and the late Sherry Ann Newmann; the grandmother of Christopher, Andrew, Sarah, Joseph, Michael, Jason, and Jessica; the great-grandmother of Bella; and the aunt of Allen, David and Steven.
Private funeral services have been held.
