Stephanie S. Szot, nee Szejner, 96, of Oak Park, formerly of North Riverside, died on Nov. 13, 2024. Born on Dec. 14, 1927, she was the wife of the late Edward J. Szot; the mother of Eddie (Cindy) Szot, Mary (Robert) Oplawski, and Steven (Theresa) Szot; the grandmother of Sarah (Ryan) Boldt and Jacob Szot; sister of the late Ann, Bernard and Mary; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Nov. 19 at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. Des Plaines Ave., North Riverside, followed by a funeral Mass at Mater Christi Church in North Riverside. Inurnment was private.
