Janet M. Egan (nee Stankus), 77, of Brookfield, died on Dec. 31, 2025. Born on Feb. 7, 1948, she was a caregiver.
Janet was the wife of the late Francis X. Egan Sr.; the mother of Francis X. (Melissa Hansen) Egan, Elizabeth Ann (late Thomas) Ringstad, Jennifer Marie Egan and Tim (Emily Straple) Egan; and the grandmother of Alexis Cailyn Egan and Sarah Elizabeth Ringstad.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Johnson-Nosek Funeral Home, 3847 Prairie Ave., Brookfield. A Family Remembrance Service will be held at Johnson-Nosek Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 10 a.m. Interment at Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook.
