Thomas J. Bork, 74, of Brookfield, has died. He was the son of the late Mary E. Bork (nee Ostrovecky) and the late Max Bork; the sister of Judith (David) Skurkis; the uncle of Kristin (Christopher) Bellinger and Lauren Skurkis; the cousin of Roger (Laura) Ostrovecky; and the great-cousin or Anyssa Ostrovecky.
Visitation was held on Dec. 29, at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 31st St., Brookfield. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 30 at St. Louise de Marillac Church, LaGrange Park. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
