Robert Arthur Peterson, 82, of Brookfield, died on May 31, 2026. A systems developer in the financial field, he retired from The Northern Trust Company in 2007. He was a member of Western Springs Baptist Church and the Illinois St. Andrew Society and also enjoyed photography as a hobby after his retirement.
Robert was the husband of Mary Jean Peterson (nee Larsen), the father of Katelyn Peterson, the brother of John (Sharon) Peterson and the friend of many.
Services and interment private.
