I would like to thank every Brookfield resident who took the time to attend one of the library community meetings held on May 16, 19 and 21.

Residents readily participated in the meetings to learn about the library’s improvement plan, specifically the purchase of the United Methodist Church.

The process of compiling a library improvement plan involves the efforts of library trustees, staff, friends and advocates, community members and village officials. Your voices were listened to and much appreciated and will be incorporated into the library’s plans.

Thank you for your commitment to the library. Brookfield is fortunate to be filled with citizens who continually support library excellence.
