On Saturday, Riverside-Brookfield grapplers Danny Russell (145 pounds) and Vinny Zaccagnini (152) both went 4-0 en route to claiming titles at the Glenbard South Tournament in Glen Ellyn. Joey Sandora (132) and John Szydlo (138) added solid fourth-place showings for the Bulldogs.
RB (10-4, 2-0 Metro Suburban) also earned a conference dual meet win over Illiana Christian 52-24 to remain perfect in the Metro Suburban under the guidance of coach Mike Bertoni, and turned away Kennedy 60-18 and area rival Nazareth 52-23 in triangular match victories at RB last week.
