Ann Dynako Kubiczky, Riverside Township trustee, and Stephen Kubiczky, Riverside Township collector, were among the 1,000 township officials who participated in the 2012 Annual Educational Conference sponsored by the Township Officials of Illinois in late 2012 in Springfield.
