After 14 years on the Riverside Library Board of Trustees, Chester Grenda will be leaving this position. During his tenure as a Library Trustee, Chester served as an officer of the Board for all but one of the years; serving as President in 2001 and 2009 and Vice President for 7 years. Chester’s contributions to the Library are many, but his knowledge and guidance during roofing and masonry projects was extremely valuable. An avid library user, Chester also was a vocal supporter of the Library’s staff; his support was greatly appreciated. The Library Board, staff and patrons of the Library sincerely thank Chester Grenda for his many years of service and dedication to the Riverside Public Library.
