After a few recent weather delays the final coating of asphalt is being applied to the intersection of First Avenue-Forest/Ridgewood and the bicycle path (from 31st Street to Ridgewood).
Heavy construction equipment will be operational in the area, so Crossing Guards will be extra vigilant.
Expect significant traffic delays on First Avenue and in the surrounding area over the next few days and try to be patient when traveling through this congested area.
