I really do understand that this past snow fall was way more that was expected and everyone involved had an enormous job ahead of themselves, and it was a struggle. However, three times your snow plow driver was just riding down the side streets with his plow about a foot above the pavement.

Why is this happening? Are your drivers rejects from Chicago or is this OK with upper management? Is this how you spend my taxes? You should be re-evaluating these drivers and the job they’re doing. Blocking alley ways is a Chicago thing.

It’s a sad situation, the money you pay these guys and the job they did. What happened to pride in your work? But I guess that starts from the top down.
