Blanche Mascetti (nee Sova), 96, died at her North Riverside home on Nov. 25, 2018. Born on November 15, 1922 in Phillips, Wisconsin, she was a waitress.
Ms. Mascetti was the wife of the late Edward Busta and the late John Mascetti; the mother of Audrey (Robert) Jakoubek, Candace (Steven) Williams and Edward (Jeanne) Busta; the grandmother of Adam (Sarah) Jakoubek, Dana Jakoubek, Jeffrey (Elissa) Williams, Eddie (Susie) Busta and Joe Busta; the great-grandmother of Logan and Emery Jakoubek; the sister of the late Mary Johnson, late Rose Keefer, late John (Judy) Sova and the late Patricia Novy; and the aunt of many nephews and nieces.
Visitation is on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 9 a.m. until time of prayers, 11 a.m., at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 Desplaines Avenue, North Riverside.
A funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Mater Christi Church in North Riverside. Interment is at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
