August Clifford Kenning, 90, of Brookfield and formerly of Berwyn, died Nov. 5, 2020 at Cantata Adult Life Services in Brookfield.
Mr. Kenning was born March 27, 1930 in Chicago and was a retired tool and gauge inspector at Western Electric Company in Cicero. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Berwyn and a member of the Pioneers Club.
He was the husband of the late Corrine (nee Schirmer); the father of Mark (Joanie) Kenning and Andrew (Debra) Kenning; the grandfather of Larry (Laura) Slaton and Ashley Tomasewski; the great-grandfather of Gianna and Cece; the brother of Eleanor (late Henry) Rinas; brother-in-law of Ernie (Lila) Schirmer and the late Mildred Arnold; and a fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Services have been held. Interment was at Bethania Cemetery, Justice.
