Carol A. Kowalczyk, 69, of Niles and formerly of North Riverside, died Jan. 30, 2021. Ms. Kowalczyk was a registered nurse.
She was the sister of Janet Porcelius and Mark (Diane) Kowalczyk; the aunt of Elizabeth (Anthony) Holtz, Denise, Matthew, Zachary and Nicole; the daughter of the late Aloysius L. Kowalczyk and Florence A. Kowalczyk (nee Dudzik); and a niece and cousin to many.
Due to COVID and variants, a Mass will be held in the future. Interment is private at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials in her honor are appreciated to St. Isaac Jogues Parish, 8149 W. Golf Road, Niles, 60714.
