Michael Phillip Jacobs, 41, of Riverside, died on Dec. 18, 2023. He was a special education teacher at Oswego High School.
Michael was the son of Susan and the late Stephen Jacobs; the husband of Jessie Weller; the father of Jason, Aria, and Ellie; the brother of Tom and Meredith; and the uncle of Mia, Eloise, Gianno and Aminta.
A Celebration of Life was held on Jan. 6 at Riverside Village Hall.
