Denise F. Kreiss (nee Hubbard), 71, of Brookfield, died on May 8, 2026 in her Brookfield home. Born on Nov. 6, 1954 in Berwyn, she worked as a financial analyst and enjoyed puzzles and reading crime novels. She loved classic films and television, nights at Bingo and her softball league.
Denise was the wife of David Paul Kriess, the mother of Jordan David Kreiss and Nicole Ann Kreiss, the sister of Darnell (Jack) Yao, and the aunt of 23 nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 15 from 5 to 8 p.m., with Words of Remembrance at 7:30 p.m. at Johnson-Nosek Funeral Home, 3847 Prairie Ave., Brookfield. Cremation private.
