Judith Lynn Skurkis (nee Bork), 75, of Brookfield, died on June 20, 2026. She worked as an administrative assistant in education.
Judy was the wife of David Skurkis; the mother of Kristin (Christopher) Bellinger and Lauren Skurkis; sister of the late Thomas J. Bork; the sister-in-law and aunt of many from the Skurkis family; daughter of the late Mary E. Bork (nee Ostrovecky); cousin of Roger (Laura) Ostrovecky; and great cousin of Anyssa Ostrovecky.
Visitation will be held on June 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Friday, June 26, from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 31st St., Brookfield. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Louise de Marillac Church, La Grange Park, at 10:30 a.m., with interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
