Darla D. Goudeau (nee Hood), of La Grange, died on July 9, 2026. She was proud of her time spent with WGN children’s programming and was actively involved in Business and Professional Women (BPW) and Welcome Wagon. She was the director for Ready Teddy Preschool in LaGrange Park and was actively involved in the local theater community.
Darla was the wife of the late Janick “Jean” Goudeau and former wife of the late Danny Tregoning; the mother of Janick “Dee” Goudeau; and the friend of many.
A memorial visitation will be held on July 27 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 31st St., Brookfield. Interment private.
